Without giving medical opinion, I would like to say that "midly" seems to be at the lower end of the size scale. Something like average, mildy, moderately, severely, and more.
You should have a measurement of that from that doctor. Ask.
My understanding is the around 3 is average/normal, 3-4 is cause for medicinal intervention, 4-5 is the same but with frequent monitoring, 5 and over could mean consideration for planned surgery, and a higher number a concern for emergent surgery.
BUT IT ALL DEPENDS ON THAT CONVERSATION BETWEEN YOUR DOCTOR AND YOU.
!! WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT !!
Mine was 6.5 at the emergency room, I was in surgery within a few hours.

Thank you for all of your info its very helpful.my heart doctor said he’s monitoring my condition & put me on metoprolol Er succinate 25 mg and I’m on already on Lisinopril. He didn’t tell me a measurement / size scale. In fact he didn’t say much at all. I’m getting a second opinion in March. Hopefully I get more info. As I’m like more prepared on what to ask him
