Thank you all for your thoughts on this. I am working to settle on a plan. I ran into a snag and have to take a PPI for 3 months, so I am not sure what will be absorbed anyhow. I think my plan, if my stomach can handle it, is to go with 75mcg MK-7 2x per day, 500 calcium citrate 2x per day and somewhere between 500 and 1000 IU D3 2x per day. Magnesium glycinate in the evening, although I haven’t found one yet - any recommendations would be great. Once I feel like I’ve started on something at least, I would like to find a nutritionist or an endocrinologist that will consider non prescription options, at least to begin with. I find this all very stressful. Another thought is to add collagen peptides. Please note: I have no clue what I’m doing or if any of this will be helpful to improve bone density.

@lamd Costco has Nature's Bounty Magnesium Glycinate. They also have Nature Made gummies for those people having difficulty with swallowing large pills.
