new symptoms

Hello all and I hope it is a good day for you. I am having new symptoms several times this week and find it so hard to tell if they are neuropathy symptoms, or, I also have venous insufficiency now. I will only write about one to keep this short for now. Yesterday for the first time I was sitting at a restaurant for about 90 minutes and found myself becoming more and more miserable after around the 60 minute mark. I can't really describe the feeling well except that my lower legs were starting to tingle more and just felt really weird and uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this and found any kind of workaround for it? Or can I just not sit that long anymore?

That's a puzzler. I find I can't sit very long but not because of tingling. If I sit for as little as 20-30 minutes without at least standing for a half minute, I know that when I do get up my knees will be all rubbery. The reverse is a problem, too: if I stand without shifting about for as little as 15-20 minutes, I'll feel my legs getting achy; I'll be able to bear it for a few minutes, but eventually I'll have no choice but to sit down. I'm looking forward to what others have to say on this topic.

If I sit for over an hour, I do notice a slight increase in numbness in feet and lower legs so I will normally stand up and do a small walk. In the past, I have attributed this to lower back issues which I've had for about 10 years.
