@sonodeka, thank you so very much for the information. I purchased her "Living with Compression Fractures" program, which has been invaluable. I already have had a compression fracture, and am trying to avoid additional ones. Does the exercises in her book take that into account? I would like to purchase it, but want to make certain it will be beneficial for someone who has had compression fractures. I might add that I am also currently working with a physical therapist to address this issue as well, many thanks.

Margaret Martin is known for being particularly careful about form and
exercising safely. She asks you to self assess your exercise level,
taking into account fracture risk. Then you start the exercises at the
appropriate level. I haven't seen the book about compression fractures but
I think you'd find this book would be a useful addition to that one. Good
luck!!
