I appreciate your response. I’ve been blessed that anger issues currently are not an issue. I’m in my 70’s. It’s more feeling like I want to cry. The weight gain, headaches, and fatigue. I’m glad your family has healed from the experience. I’m a true believer in kindness are free to give and easy.
