Yes you can, I do. I sprinkle the powder down, blow of any excess, then dab the skin Tac over top. It will sting for a couple seconds when you do that over an open sore though, so be prepared. Then I wipe skin Tac over the entire area around the stoma let it dry a couple seconds then apply the appliance.
