Hormone Replacement starting at 75yrs old
Doing reach, I have decided to try HRT with testosterone, very low dose. I’m in pretty good health, but was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rhuematica 2yrs ago. I’m Just trying to make a better life with what yrs I have left. There are so many positive messages out there, and yes I’m on the older side. I have 6 daughters and we have all been doing a lot of reading on this subject. Is there anyone else trying HRT at an older age?

I was taking a low dose of Estradiol and progesterone.
Most doctors are men and don’t really care about our needs.
There are also estradiol patches and pellets
I'd like to see the research!
Brain fog, loss of libido, sleeplessness, difficulty retaining muscle mass, osteoporosis, lack of energy...the list goes on and on
Patches tend to fall off in my experience, that’s why I prefer injecting.
You need to see an endocrinologist rather than your pcp or gynecologist.
Endocrinologist tend to really be in tune with using HRT….and get a WOMAN provider rather than a male provider.

That's something I've wondered about. Thank you for the suggestion.
