Has anyone had their GFR drop 20 points in less than year?

i have chronic kidney disease. i was diagnosed in 2018 but it could have been going on before that. over the years my egfr has fluctuated up and down. as high as 60+ to a low of 27. it is now 38 hoping it will go back up. my next labs are in 3/25.

Do you know the culprit? Mine’s been high for many years so trying to figure it out. I had a colonoscopy a couple of days before the blood test, so…..idk.
How often do you test?
