There are some supplements/vitamins that have shown to help neuropathy/nerve health. Can you share more about your neuropathy diagnosis and symptoms along with what treatments you have tried?
If you take one and expect to feel like a million bucks the next day, you'll likely be disappointed. It may take time or the effects may be subtle.

I have small fiber neuropathy and alpha Lipoic acids, Acetyl l carnitine and magnesium have helped me with burning in feet and restless legs. Nerve pain capsaicin and lidocaine topical creams have helped some. Compression socks can help. It takes weeks or months to notice the full effect of supplements.
Tried every possible prescription and have Abbot electrical shocker implanted in back. started in feet and almost to my waist now.
Does the neurostimulator offer any relief? If not is it possible that the electrode isn't placed properly?
I have had small fiber neuropathy for over 30 years (misdiagnosed for many) and started taking ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) 5 years ago which gave me a lot of relief. I take Pure Encapsulations 60 mg 3 times a day. I also take NAC.
Around 2 months ago it got much worse - bad burning on bottoms of my feet. Due to a response someone said on Connect about bad relationship of vitamin D6 and neuropathy. I starting investigating it. At the time my neuropathy got much worse, I had changed multi-vitamin to one that had 1208%DV of D6. I then got tested for D6 and it was way over normal. I'm now back to my original multi-vitamin and the burning went away in a few days.
Another thing that helps me during the day are wearing socks with grippers which started when I fractured my shoulder. I wear hospital socks or yoga socks under my shoes when I go out and Bombas gripper slippers during the day. My toes feel relief as soon as I put them on. Hope this helps.
I think what one eats is more important than "taking" anything. Avoiding sugar and sugar substitutes, soda pop, fatty meats, full fat cheeses, Concentrate on fresh and often raw or slightly cooked vegetables, fruits, seafood
meats. I avoid most dairy because I am lactose intolerant. Recently I have been drinking a "cocktail" of 8 oz pineapple juice and 8 oz coconut milk for breakfast and find the edema in legs and feet is rapidly disappearing and with that some pain goes as well,
