By now, I am sure you have done something about this. It would be good to hear about your healing process and choices. I had a frozen shoulder in 2013/14, shortly after my neuropathy began, along with other neurological health issues. I tried cortisone shots and PT for over a year, but my shoulder mobility and pain did not improve at all. I ended up having surgery, which improved my range of motion, but it took a couple more years of PT to get close to normal, then another couple of years of PT for the nerve pain to end and to regain full mobility.

You mentioned "nerve pain". Please try a trial of the lysine and iodine for about a week. You have nothing to loose except the pain. These substances are naturally found in your body.
