Changed barrier design and now leaks. What can I do?

I use my hair dryer (low setting) for a few seconds to make it more tacky and flexible. Keep it far enough away and briefly,don't melt it. Was told to rub it between my hands but never worked 💪

Welcome, @lizred6155. Helpful tip. I bet you had to experiment with your hair dryer, how far to hold it away to not melt the ring and for how long. Every hair dryer is different too.

How long have you been living with an ostomy? How are you doing?
