Are you/were you on thyroid meds when labs were drawn?
With your TSH being so low (HYPERthyroid). Your high Free T3 and high Free T4 also indicates you are HYPERactive. This would explain tour heart fluttering. Did they run a TPO and/or TgAb test?
With the amount of stress you described, you may also have some adrenal issues going on.

Hi thank you. Not on any meds fir anything. Still waiting for specialist appointment. Yes adrenal low in self test and haven’t checked back with that yet.
No doctor wont do TPO or TgBa, said she didn’t think I needed it.

Please see my response below to covidstinks as to what Ive been doing to get positive results.
Have had bloodwork all as recent as 2022. Wanted some tests Dec 2024 and this bizarre result with tsh and t3 showed up Jan 2025. Is all stress related. Thank you for your response.
