Thank you everyone, for your input. Your comments mean alot.
Only odd symptom I’ve experienced is my heart jumping around. Normally I’m healthy, active and no family history of this. Under extreme prolonged stress for far too long and isn’t over yet. My sleep was bad throughout for three years straight, then heart rate spiking plays havoc on a good nights sleep. On a whole food properly combined diet. This came out of left feild. Didn’t show in blood work in the recent years prior. See what Specialist has to say.
All thoughts in light of these numbers welcome, appreciated and grateful for. Thank you very much.
I am in Canada btw.

A thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) of < 0.01 is in the hyperthyroid or subclinical hyperthyroid range, depending on your T3 and T4 numbers and symptoms. Low TSH numbers mean your pituitary gland isn't cranking out the hormone that alerts your thyroid into making more thyroxine (T3 and T4) hormones because there is already enough in your system. I have hypothyroidism (other extreme) and if my TSH approaches 0.15 I get an irregular heartbeat that is solved by decreasing my Synthroid (synthetic thyroxine).

Are you/were you on thyroid meds when labs were drawn?
With your TSH being so low (HYPERthyroid). Your high Free T3 and high Free T4 also indicates you are HYPERactive. This would explain tour heart fluttering. Did they run a TPO and/or TgAb test?
With the amount of stress you described, you may also have some adrenal issues going on.

Hard to say because other than thyroid stuff the rest seems like typical yearly tests.
It’s tough to explain because machines used in testing vary from place to place so without the range for normal tough to help.
