Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

Are you aware that long covid can cause internal tremors. I have had them for a year now. They started off severe. I would be lying in bed and it would literally feel like there was someone under the bed kicking up. Scared me. During my research it says that MS, essential tremor ( where the hands and or head shake) I only have the internal tremors, Parkinsons disease are the most common causes. I have not been tested. I don't want to be tested really because if I have a disease they will want to put me on drugs and I hate taking meds. Most times the side effects are worse than the symptoms of the disease. Occasionally they are so quiet that I hardly notice them. They are worse when I am still,,,but then of course when I am up and moving around my body doesn't notice them. I had covid' back in 2020 or '21...and these only started last winter, so I am also perplexed.

I started this thread, being the person that kept waking up throughout the night to a vibrating bed, and thinking it was my dog shivering and kept covering him up. Took him to the vet and found out he was a healthy little boy and then became very aware of what was happening. My upper torso was vibrating from within. I had never heard of such a thing and was up at 3 a.m. looking online and was shocked to find this actually existed.
I have never had covid, nor did I take the vaccinations. Completely by accident, however, I found something that stopped the internal vibrations, medically referred to as benign essential tremors.
Several years ago an ultrasound ordered by my PA when I went in for pain on my right side, came back with at "thickening" of part of my liver. I refused the prescription ordered and went online to find alternative support for the liver. I found a pill called Liverwell, and a liquid called VitaLiver. I took the VitaLiver first, and the pain was gone within 10 days, but I also found out that liquid really thins the blood, as I was bruising without reason.
I stopped that and started taking the Liverwell, and when I went back for follow-ups the swelling in the liver was gone.

That pain in my right side returned shortly after I realized the vibrating bed was me and not my little dog. I went online and ordered more Liverwell AND THE FIRST DAY I took it, I was balancing my checkbook (Yes, some of us still do that,) and realized I had not felt any tremors for some time. Then I became very aware throughout the day and there were NONE. I woke up the next morning to very small vibrations, but the bed was no longer vibrating. The third morning there was nothing. I did notice if I don't drink enough water throughout the day that I may feel slight tremors.
Liverwell has 800 mg of NAC, N-Acetyl Cysteine, which used to be prescription, but in 2022 the FDA allowed it to be used in supplements. It used to be used to treat Parkinson's, as well as numerous other conditions. The tremors were gone and stayed gone. I went out and purchased the NAC alone which is much cheaper but it tore my stomach up something fierce in 3 days, using a lesser dose then what was in the Liverwell, so I went back to the Liverwell, after my stomach healed. I was off the Liverwell for 3 weeks before I felt slight tremors returning. I got back on it and I have stayed on it and no tremors since. I don't know if this will work for others but it certainly worked for me. Tremor free.

I think it was worth it to go to a neurologist. Just knowing has helped me with essential tremors. And they won't put you on medication if you do not want to. I went that route. The doctor joked and said see you in ten years because since I am 53 now, probably in ten years, I will need medication since my coping mechanisms will not be enough. Knowing what makes the tremors worse has been a big help, and ruling out MS since my brother had it. Many of these neurological conditions progress and worsen as you age, so knowing would be helpful, but everyone is different. For me, it has actually been a relief since they were able to rule out MS.

I have the same thing and it drives me absolutely insane, especially when it’s so strong that I am unable to sleep-like last night. I had the actual Covid infection in 8/2021 and was mandated by my work to take the vaccine 12/2022. I am not sure if the vibrations started after the virus or if it was after the vaccine because for months I thought it was external and would lay awake at night trying to figure out what was vibrating! At first, I thought maybe it was our Sleep Number bed because it tracks your heart rate and your breathing and it also has several huge magnets that hold the mattress on the frame. Later when I slept away from home, I still had them-so not the bed! Finally I read on a long Covid facebook group post someone mentioned “internal vibrations” and I was like “OMG! This is what it is!!” I can’t believe that I never suspected that it was part of my LC! Thinking back, after the Covid infection, my worst symptoms were cognitive impairments, fatigue and shortness of breath and I was on supplemental oxygen for 3 months afterwards until I weaned myself off. The shortness of breath is gone but I still have cognitive issues and fatigue very easily after I do any physical or mentally difficult tasks. I forget what I am saying half way through telling a story or I am unable to follow stories other people tell me. I have trouble finding words that I did not have prior to Covid. I walk into a room and forget why I went-especially if someone distracts me by asking a question. I have been an avid reader all my life. I started reading when I was 3 years old-my mother did not teach me-no one taught me-my mom said that when I was 3, she realized that I could read. I remember a family member visiting and my mom was telling them that I could read already and the family member said “oh! she is not reading, she just knows her books by heart!” So he tried pointing out individual words and I read them right every single time so he finally agreed that yes, I could read! I was always reading some book every day but I haven’t been able to read more than a few pages since Covid because I have to keep rereading because I can’t focus on it. This more than anything tells me something happened to my brain when I had this virus. I saw a neurologist and they did a bunch of expensive tests and said my memory is “normal for my age”. This is not MY normal!! I think next time I see my primary, I will ask her to refer me to a different neurologist for a second opinion. I don’t believe that I mentioned the vibrations to the neurologist though. I think that the internal vibrations started after the vaccine-along with weird rashes and hives. I have photos of some of the rashes especially the great big itching burning hives-huge wheals that would pop up randomly for about 2 years but for now, I haven’t had the rashes in a while. This stupid virus and that vaccine really screwed me up and, of course, the government is off scot free for poisoning people! Stress definitely makes the vibrations worse and if I eat too much sugar they get worse. I really wish I could find something that helps.
