Hi @helise0802 Waiting for biopsy results seems to take forever, doesn’t it?? We have a term for that stressful time between having scans or biopsies done and waiting for results… Scanxiety! The best way to get through it seems to be distraction with activities that bring joy. You mentioned having 5 children so there’s most likely not very much free time for you. But do you have outside interests such as reading, art work, walking, exercising…anything that can divert your attention for a few minutes or hours?
