Your doctor does not know how long you will live. Everyone is different and every cancer in us is different. Cancer presents differently for each person. Some prostate cancer starts out aggressive and when hit hard with treatment gives up and goes into remission. Sometimes the cancer does not respond to chemo and the doctors will choose a different treatment. I did 10 rounds of chemo and it worked for me. Everyone responds to chemo differently as well. You will get your infusion of Tuesdays and by Friday you start to feel very tired. I worked every day. I kept going. I pushed through. But I did not experience the side effect that some get when on chemo. May I suggest icing you feet and hands to avoid Neuropathy. It helped me. I would also talk to you doctor about starting an ARSI like Darolutamide (Nubeqa).

I had chemo two years ago, I just found out about the water soaking. My hands aren't to bad but my feet is a different issue.
