Has anyone had their GFR drop 20 points in less than year?

I had something similar happen with my eGFR. Is that the same test? I’m perplexed. Hoping to retest soon.

i have chronic kidney disease. i was diagnosed in 2018 but it could have been going on before that. over the years my egfr has fluctuated up and down. as high as 60+ to a low of 27. it is now 38 hoping it will go back up. my next labs are in 3/25.
