Me too. Right now my only battle left is with insomnia. I’ve been prescribed Ativan and Vistaril which obviously works but I’ll be the first to admit that I abuse the Ativan for 2 reasons. It also helps my headaches and because of my depression all I wish for is to sleep. It’s the only sanctuary I have left. No street drugs or alcohol or cigarettes. Just let me sleep please. I’m seeing a new psychiatrist today. I hope the he/she really really knows her meds because I know I do.
