Has anybody here, who has osteoporosis, tried vibration therapy using low intensity or whole body vibrating platforms? If so, what has been your experience? Have they done any good?

I used my DUL’s, and loved it—immediately ordered one. Then came back and joint pain! I blame it on the Letrizole. I’ve since changed to every other day Exemestane, and was just this week planning to try the vibrating machine again, for very short time periods! I’ll stay in touch re: the effects. Generally, the more I do, the more bones and muscles hurt. But doing nothing has negative mood consequences…so I’m willing to try!

@greensleeves I can’t stand any kind of vibration against my body! Just hate the sensation, so that kind of therapy definitely would be out for me!
