I often forget important stuff, too.

When it comes to something like pills, I put them someplace where they're not easily overlooked.

For example, if it's something I need at bedtime, I'll put it in front of my toothpaste. I always brush my teeth at bedtime, so I can't help but see it.

Have you tried some mnemonic like that? Or maybe a checklist that you put in a prominent place?

It will help you feel less anxious overall, too, when you have fewer things to worry about forgetting.

@scottrl, I keep my meds in a pill box, and I, too, keep them in sight. And that helps.I keep them on a table next to a chair I sit in during the day. The only problem with that, for me, is that the pills sometimes become part of the "landscape" so to speak...like background noise. So I tend not to notice the pills so much. It's like living near the train tracks and not hearing the trains anymore because it's something that you get used to, so you don't take notice of them anymore. I think putting them next to the toothpaste is a great idea.
