Since this sub is about improving osteoporosis without drugs, has anyone ever tried the Marodyne vibration plate? Some say it has helped them increase their bone density, but it seems there is no scientific proof of it. There's also the Power Plate but I would be afraid of that with my fragile bones. Both machines are very expensive but so are the drugs! I am waiting for insurance to approve me for Tymlos but in the meantime, I have been reading about the side effects, and for some they have been really bad. I also just watched Dr. Leder's Youtube interview and he said that Tymlos increases cortical porosity which doesn't sound like a good thing in the long run. Please correct me if I am wrong about that.

I go to Osteostrong and it has worked for me. It is an exercise program that uses 4 machines. There is a trainer with you and at the end of the session you do a lot of balancing exercises. It has helped me get stronger. If there is a franchise near you you can go in and have a demonstration to see if it’s right for you. I take no osteoporosis drugs. Good luck!🍀
