Thank you ! May I ask how high your calcium went up to and if there was anything you needed to do about the high calcium..? I still do not know my calcium number. I peaked at the lab patient portal and saw that I did not have abnormal findings for multiple myeloma or for autoimmune disorder. Phew, so far. So I’m still waiting for all the tests to come back and to hear from my doctor..
Fortunately my doctor already agreed to let me start Tymlos with a mini dose ( maybe 2 clicks, I’m thinking ). He did not seem to know about doing that , but was agreeable. I am grateful for this group, so that I knew it was possible to adjust the dose..

My last lab showed calcium was 11.2; my doctor has not contacted me yet to see if there are any adjustments to be made. I do have an autoimmune issue, chronic anemia and stage 1 kidney disease. It gets very tricky when you factor in other health issues. Isn’t it amazing how these doctors administer medications they know so little about themselves? If it wasn’t for @windyshores here on the forum I would have had no idea I could adjust the dosage. Hope Tymlos works out for you!
