I have not worked with Margaret Martin but I have been helped significantly by her through her melioguide/ YouTube videos, books and now her- Living with Compression Fractures program. I am so thankful that I found her. I wish you well with your decisions.

@mundy, which Margaret Martin book(s) did you purchase? And, were you able to work through the exercises on your own? I am thinking of purchasing her "Exercise for Better Bones" book as an adjunct to my exercise regime, thanks.
