Would you mind sharing which model you purchased. There are so many. I purchased the Marodyne and it didn't work for me. The vibration is very weak.

I invested in the Power Plate Move. Yes, pricey, but I use it everyday and find it to be a great addition to my home gym. I have had a few of my friends who are still very active try it and they are sold. You do need to be careful that it is used properly. I went from being a runner to a cyclist for decades I was not doing enough impact exercise to counter balance the loss of bone through these activities. I just wasn’t informed and now paying the price, but trying to do what I can to give myself the best outcome. I’ve only got this one body, one life.

Saw a more recent podcast with a lady and Dr Rubin saying a weaker vibration is actually better for you. Apparently, the high speeds will jar the wrong things in your body and break them down prematurely (?)
