I bought a Power Plate and love it. Not only for doing strengthening exercises but for massaging my calves after long hikes. I do push-ups and planks on it which are intensified by the vibration. I use it for 20 minutes per day and hope it will show up as improving my next DEXA. Even if it doesn’t kick up my numbers I find it to be valuable for overall health.

Would you mind sharing which model you purchased. There are so many. I purchased the Marodyne and it didn't work for me. The vibration is very weak.
