Hello. I just Googled your condition. AI lists many conditions that should be checked. Morning cortisol levels, thyroid hormones to rule out hyperthyroidism, and melatonin levels. I use Google AI and mayoclinic.org to do searches. Then I am informed when I go to my doctor. There have been, MANY TIMES I have helped find the answer to my condition. Twice, I have had to go to another doctor to get the correct diagnosis. And Twice I was initially told it was psychological. Both times, it was not! Wishing you a good diagnosis.

With mayoclinic.org, you first go to symptoms and signs, and see what comes up as possible diagnoses, and then go and read about those conditions. Then, ofcourse, go to a doctor. Many PCPs are ignorant of aspects of specialty conditions such as cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, and genetics, however, so sometimes you have to aggressively pursue a diagnosis. I have had to fight for a cardiologist, a geneticist, and an infectious disease doctor. They were the ones who gave me my diagnosis.
