I take Magnesium Citrate at night for sleep recommended by my doctor - 4 caps, each 120 mg. I started with one cap and my doctor said to add one each night until I felt the effects. And it worked. In my humble opinion, our medical doctors are used to prescribing medications, not natural supplements.

Calcium Citrate works as a laxative if take too much.
Calcium Glycinate is better for sleep and bones density.
