I used a tablet splitter I got at the CVS. However I did find that using a women's probiotic that most of my problems disappeared. It's still quite dry, however the bonus of all of this was I used to dribble urine like when I would pick up something heavy or laugh too hard etc. It's all gone using the probiotic. I got cheap and quit taking it and within a week all the old problems came back. So I really do believe the probiotic helped me more than vagifem ever did. And I don't have to worry about using estrogen, I don't want to tempt fate with my breast cancer.

That for your your reply! I work at CVS so u know exactly the pill splitter you are talking about … lol. I thought about trying a vaginal probiotic but I am not sure it will help me with issues. I do not have any bladder leakage, just mostly a burning dry feeling. Which I know vaginal estrogen will cure. But like you I am afraid. I work in a pharmacy and know there is a newer product called intrarosa which is a dha suppository. I may phone my doctor this week and ask for a prescription for it. I am at a loss. lol. Yagifem works well! And I have a pill splitter so may look into that. Do you think a probiotic vaginal suppository will help with dryness burning and irritation?
