I now have sciatic pain in both legs at the same time. Did not know that was possible!! Now 71. Suffered constant back and neck pain since car smash in 1979. Have had Degenerative Disc Disease C3-C4-C5 for thirty years; Spondylolthesis L4-L5, includes extreme pain on top of left foot, right knee + bursitis, arthritis in both thumbs; suffered Plantar Fasciitis in both heels for over ten years; and chronic OverUse Injury to both hands from 1989 to current. In 2009 Late Stage 3 Bowel Cancer came along and they ripped out the entire Rectum and damaged the anal sphincter leaving me with chronic diahorrea so bad that I was forced to retire at 55! Now 71, the diahorrea is every day making exercise impossible.
