I had it years ago. The people are very nice and easy to work with.
I had a nice lady. She explain things to me and then restart it.
She helps you to learn to relax your muscles and explain things I was doing wrong. It has helped a great deal and I would recommend.
It’s kinda hard to explain so I would go and talk to him if I were you and go from there.. It worked for me.
I still have to be careful not to get constipated, but to keep my stool very soft.
@penn I feel for you I have had the tailbone pain/ bowels not moving since my surgery April 2023 . I have to carry a cushion to set on ANY where I go or I don’t sit. I had read about pelvic therapy then my Urologist mentioned it( sadly not a lot take male patients) we found one that did and it helped She gave me some exercise to do which I couldn’t with a failed back surgery. She worked internal each visit after one visit I couldn’t believe the difference ( my bowels were out of alignment and her working internal realigned them) then my bowels would move great for a few days until I was out of align . She had me go to a certain website to buy some dialators which I couldn’t hardly use because I couldn’t lay on my sides or back long enough to do them) she also made an ice pack out of a doubled condom with 1/4 part rubbing alcohol and 3/4 part water it works wonderful for the anal pain it stays squishy but cold. I had to go to about 15 visits once a week I needed more but since I couldn’t do anything because of the nerves she stopped my therapy which as soon as this pain stimulator heals my doctors revering me back again. I at first thought no way but now if it helps who cares . Good luck ! I can send some photos of the stretches if you can’t go
