have tingling and numbness in my feet, but little pain. I find the numbness is tolerable. I have pain in my hands which I attribute to neuropathy. I take gabapentin for anxiety and perhaps it is made the feet and hands pain tolerable. But as a general rule, I just live with it. Give me some ideas on dealing with the hand pain, please!
