Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?

have tingling and numbness in my feet, but little pain. I find the numbness is tolerable. I have pain in my hands which I attribute to neuropathy. I take gabapentin for anxiety and perhaps it is made the feet and hands pain tolerable. But as a general rule, I just live with it. Give me some ideas on dealing with the hand pain, please! Thanks for your post.

Using gloves helps to diminish my hand's sensitivy. The 'Firm Grip' goat skin leather gloves sell at Home Depot at $7.27 only size is "L" . They are soft at first
and I renew every 2 weeks or so.
