I went to see Dr. Mulhall in New York about this exact issue. I lost the ability to have orgasms after four months of ADT (Orgovyx). He said that is an EXTREMELY common side effect and almost every man will have it. The good news is I've only been off Orgovyx for three months and orgasms came back about a month after stopping.
