Of course you know elevating the wrist and 20minutes of ice. Tylenol won't reduce swelling, reducing swelling can retard healing. I can only imagine how painful it must be. Forteo is said to reduce the pain of fracture as well as speedin the healing process. Nasal calcitonin is thought to do the same though not as well as Forteo.
Your fracture is probably at the height of inflammation now. While resting (what else can you do) keep the wrist elevated above your heart on a pillow. If you are walking don't swing the arm with the poor wrist.
