My best advice is the surgery, I had the surgery when I was 16 I'm 21 now and it still bothers me but the pain is a better pain than before the surgery

@taee4k Welcome to Connect and thank you for sharing your experience. Was your surgery "one and done" or did you have a scoliosis surgery that requires periodic adjustments to accommodate a spine that is still growing?
