tkr1, I have a lot of pvs & palpitations. My Cardilogist recommended me to take this daily to help both. I can tell a difference. I do feel more relaxed in my muscles (Fibromyalgia) taking it. It is also good for constipation, leg cramps & migraines. There is a product called Calm Natural Vitality Powder that a lot of folks take at night for sleep and it has magnesium in it. Please consult with your doctor before trying these.

You have to be careful with the dosage as to much can give you diarrhea. I do well with 200 mg of the magnesium glycinate. Some folks are able to tolerate more...not me.

Blessings & Prayers....

I just started taking one 240 mg magnesium glycinate capsule in the evening. I had a cardiac ablation for my Afib six years ago, but I am having some palpitations and rapid heartbeat lately. I have also had some sleep issues, so I thought I would try taking the magnesium even though neither my cardiologist or PCP recommended it. It’s nice to hear from someone who is taking the magnesium and it has helped.

I am attempting to try the supplement route for osteoporosis and have been researching multiple supplements including magnesium. I don’t do well with giant pills and have been looking for a powder. I came across Magtech Magnesium. Is anyone familiar? It is 200 mg with magnesium sourced from a combination of l-theonate, glycinate and taurate. Anyone try this or can comment on these types of magnesium? Thanks.
