Chemo does work, For some people that can be quite uncomfortable for others not so bad. If you don’t want to lose your hair, get a hair cap that has a gel in it you can put in the freezer. Wear it while having chemo and you won’t lose your hair

Your doctor saying you have five years to live is so disappointing. There’s no way to know with prostate cancer you could live another 10 or 15 years. I know a number of people that have had that happen to them.

You could have Pluvicto first. It is actually supposed to work a little better if done before chemo. Weird thing is they were required chemo before having it for a long time. Just heard a doctor discussing it yesterday, saying that doing it first is better.
