Look up Alpha Lipoic Acid, an all natural anti-inflammatory that is good to our bodies. Taking the smaller amounts and working up. I did not know it effected the bowel until this past month. I had purchased a new bottle and bought 350 mg. instead of my lower dose amount. I was getting so constipated that it was becoming problematic, so I was looking at everything going into my mouth to see if it caused constipation.
