My condition will lead to me being a quadriplegic. Advice?

Lyons thinks he can correct the issues in C3-C7 without fusing the vertebrae since I have osteoporosis which may interfere with hardware binding to bone, but I didn't get a clear answer on what he will do during the operation though I did ask several times

@billsapp You may want to sign into your patient portal and read any visit notes there. You need a clear explanation of a procedure before you sign up for surgery. You can also send a message on the portal asking for an explanation. A nurse will probably answer it base on the medical notes.
