Do ice mittens/socks help prevent Neuropathy from chemo?

Posted by chrisbomstad @chrisbomstad, Jan 23 12:07pm

Hello: I am new here and recently diagnosed with Metaplastic Breast Cancer in October. Just started my first rounds of Carboplatin & Paclitaxel on January 20th. I have read about and purchased the mittens/socks to use during chemo treatments. Has anyone had any success with this? Also, cold Cap Therapy for hair loss?

Thank you!
