Do you find it helps? I am taking a combo of gabapentin and Effexor, but I have had to increase the dose of the gaba over the past two years and I don’t want to keep doing that.

@cydmar I don’t take anything else. Only ALA.

I can say that if I don’t take it, my polyneuropathy becomes more painful.
