Hi @anjalima - I asked my oncologist yesterday about my use of a collagen supplement. I also shared with him the NIH study that someone posted in this thread.

He responded that because my cancer was a subtype of triple negative that he thought my using 20 mg of a collagen powder daily was ok for me.

He said if I had an estrogen positive cancer he would have reservations about me using a collagen supplement.

For context, he is a PhD/MD oncologist. He is both a scientist and a clinician. His list of published research on triple negative cancer is extensive. All of this to say, I trust him very much.
