I was instructed to take two extra strength Tylenol and an antihistamine an hour before the shots. Depending on who i nexts the shots, and if they are room temperature and slow, I do not have much soreness afterwards. The antihistamine and Tylenol stops some of the inflammatory action.

@sandrac That's what my doctor recommended as well...Tylenol and Zyrtec, Benadryl or similar. I also had a site reaction with a large welt, itching, redness and heat. It happened on the second injection. I will be pre-medicating next time.

Good to know. Unfortunately, I was never given any helpful instructions. Glad that you were. I would still never take an Evenity injection again.
