Got some info from Consumer Lab: Mediterranean diet Magnesium Bone Broth: Jarrow or Pacifica Ancient: Chicken base Blueberries - a cup a day Soy: tofu---If into baking, I make a cheese cake with no cheese. Use "Tofu & Goat Milk yogurt instead.
