How did you reduce hot flashes from Orgovyx?

Yes, estrogen can be a problem with gynecomastia like ADT. A little radiation can prevent it from happening!

Thanks for the extra info.

I've already been radiated nearby for the tumour on my spine (at T5), so I don't think I'd want to risk compounding it for a cosmetic issue, even though modern radiation therapy is very low risk. So I guess I'll pick hot flushes over more gynecomastia (especially since the hot flushes aren't as bad as they used to be).
