Thanks. I will ask about Zoloft and Wellbutrin if the Mirtazapine and Wellbutrin do not work. Wellbutrin doesn’t seem to be a problem as long as I do not go above 300 mg (450 mg caused agitation). I had been on Zoloft in the past but do not believe I was ever prescribed Zoloft and Wellbutrin at the same time.

I would highly suggest you get off your antidepressant. My son ironically had a bad reaction to Wellbutrin which is also used to help people quit smoking.
Try Zoloft and Wellbutrin. They are combined so often that my Doctor referred to them together as Wellofft

Mirtazapine is notorious for causing weight gain, if that’s an issue for you. Best of luck with everything!
