Update: The men are still here and are still as brazen as can be. It's against the law, against the policy of the apartment complex, a real nuisance and potential danger to all the residents here. Thankfully there have been no threats for some time now but given their history that, and probably worse can happen in an instant. Most people if they were moving soon would be preparing to do so. These men are carrying on like it's one big party.
