I was also up at 1:30 am because of pain and I am still in pain. It has become a constant vicious daily cycle. I had my TKR February 2024 and very little relief. It has gradually become worst. My knee stiffens and is painful while am standing, walking and laying down. You would think I would get some relief after my PT exercises and after either riding my bike and walking 4 to 5 days a week. To no avail. HELP!!

Though my TKR surgeon hotly denies it, my knee pain seems totally tied into the weather. If it’s raining or just on the horizon my knees start to throb. Since no one can control the humidity, the only solution is to control the pain until the storm passes. Why don’t they (doctors) get it? It’s an easy fix. Rain=Pain.
