@smmc2025 I responded to you on another Discussion and would like to say again that I am grateful my recurrence was found and treated. I had the same diagnosis as you. The recurrence was found on physical exam in the vaginal cuff and pathology confirmed a recurrence of endometrial adenocarcinoma FIGO Grade 1. I then had a PET/MR which showed no evidence of disease anywhere else which was a huge relief. I had external beam and brachytherapy radiation therapy.
