There is an Oncotype for DCIS. I would insist on it. But that's me. Is your physician aware of the Oncotype DCIS? They may see the Oncotype's main function as determining whether to do chemo, and it does do that, but it also gives risk of recurrence and how that is reduced with hormonal treatment.
