Heart attack

@thisoldewe

Hello,
This is my first note to the 'Heart' division of Mayo Connect. [I am part of several other categories!]
However, on 27 November I had my first heart attack. Results of testing showed no heart damage.
I await my follow up appointment with my cardiologist.
My presentation was described as "very atypical presentation": extreme, violent vomiting with severe dizziness that felt like an earthquake, with arms and legs thrashing about. No, no evidence of stroke.
My question is this: Being female, we have different presentations from our male patients, but does one keep your own special brand of presentation? Or... will my next heart attack be the same presentation as the first?
Thank you for your insights.

@thisoldewe I am sorry to hear about your heart attack. Thank goodness there was no heart damage. As a male, I do not know a specific answer to your question. I do hope you do not have another one. Best wishes, Mike.
